Shipping & Delivery

Lttl partners with U.S.-licensed pharmacies to ship prescription medications, including compounded GLP-1 therapies, directly to patients after a provider has reviewed and approved a treatment plan. Shipping is only initiated once a prescription has been issued by an independent licensed clinician.

Processing time

Most orders are processed by the partner pharmacy within 2–5 business days after a prescription is issued. Processing time may vary based on prescription review, pharmacy compounding schedules, payment verification, and address confirmation.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order leaves the pharmacy. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Temperature-sensitive medications

Compounded GLP-1 medications are temperature-sensitive and are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging when required. Please refrigerate your medication promptly

upon arrival and follow the storage instructions included with your shipment. If your medication arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly compromised, do not use it — contact us right away.

Signature & address

A signature may be required on delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Lttl and its partner pharmacies are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information, missed deliveries, or carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping availability

Lttl currently ships only within the United States. Service availability may vary by state based on licensure of the prescribing clinician and dispensing pharmacy.
