Lttl is committed to fair, transparent service. Because we work with prescription medications, our return and refund policy is governed by federal and state law as well as pharmacy safety standards.
For patient safety and in accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications — including compounded GLP-1 therapies — cannot be returned, resold, or refunded once they have shipped from the pharmacy. This applies even if the package is unopened.
If your medication arrives damaged, compromised, or is not what your provider prescribed, do not use it. Contact us at hello@lttl.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with the partner pharmacy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.
Consultation fees cover the time and clinical judgment of licensed providers who review your assessment and medical history. These fees are generally non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your information, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. A provider may decline to prescribe based on medical judgment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@lttl.com. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges. Orders that have already been processed by the pharmacy cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your account and issue a refund where a clear billing error has occurred.
Questions about returns, refunds, or your account? Email hello@lttl.com and a real member of the care team will respond within 1 business day.
