Lttl makes it simple to connect with an independent U.S.-licensed clinician for weight management care. Here's what to expect from start to finish.
Take our online health assessment. It covers your medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and weight management goals. The assessment is reviewed by a licensed clinician — it is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation, and submitting it does not create a provider–patient relationship until a provider accepts your case.
An independent U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your assessment and medical history. The provider may message you for additional information. Providers retain full clinical discretion and may decline to prescribe if treatment is not appropriate for your situation.
If the provider determines that treatment is appropriate, they will issue a prescription and a personalized plan. Medications are dispensed by U.S.-licensed partner pharmacies. Compounded GLP-1 medications offered through Lttl are produced in FDA-registered facilities but are not FDA-approved.
Your medication ships directly to you with tracking. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
You can message your care team with clinical questions through your account. Follow-up assessments and check-ins help your provider monitor your progress and adjust your plan as appropriate.
Lttl does not provide emergency care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. GLP-1 medications may not be appropriate for everyone and carry potential risks and side effects, which your provider will discuss with you. Always follow your provider's instructions and the information included with your medication.
