Insurance & Pricing

Lttl offers transparent, membership-based pricing for weight management care. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel at any time. Pricing is presented before checkout, and you will only be charged once a provider has reviewed your assessment and issued a treatment plan.

Insurance

Lttl does not bill insurance, and compounded GLP-1 medications dispensed through our partner pharmacies are not typically covered by commercial or government insurance plans. Patients pay out-of-pocket for the consultation and medication. If your insurance covers brand-name GLP-1 therapies, your prescribing provider can discuss whether that path may be appropriate for you.

What's included in your plan

• An asynchronous medical assessment reviewed by a U.S.-licensed provider
• Ongoing access to your care team for clinical questions
• Medication dispensed and shipped by a partner U.S. pharmacy
• Cold-chain shipping where required, with tracking

HSA and FSA

Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible medical expenses, including consultations and prescription medications. Eligibility depends on your plan administrator. We recommend confirming with your HSA or FSA provider before checkout.

No guarantees of approval

Submitting an assessment does not guarantee that a provider will prescribe medication. Providers retain full clinical discretion to prescribe or decline treatment based on your medical history and assessment responses. If a provider declines to prescribe, applicable consultation fees may not be refundable.
