Getting Started

What is Lttl?

Lttl is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent U.S.-licensed clinicians for weight management care. After an online assessment, a provider reviews your medical history and, if appropriate, may prescribe a treatment plan that is dispensed by a partner U.S. pharmacy.

Who can use Lttl?

Lttl is available to adults (18+) located in U.S. states where our partner providers are licensed. Eligibility for treatment is determined by a licensed clinician based on your medical history and assessment responses. Lttl is not a substitute for in-person medical care and is not appropriate for medical emergencies.

How do I start?

Take our short online assessment. A licensed clinician will review it and follow up if treatment is appropriate. Start the assessment.

Treatment & Safety

Are the medications FDA-approved?

Compounded GLP-1 medications offered through Lttl are produced in FDA-registered facilities but are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Your provider will discuss treatment options, risks, and benefits with you before prescribing.

Will I definitely be prescribed medication?

No. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. Independent providers retain full clinical discretion and may decline to prescribe if treatment is not appropriate for your medical situation.

What are the possible side effects?

GLP-1 medications can cause side effects, which may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, and others. Some side effects can be serious. Your provider will review potential risks with you, and detailed safety information is included with your medication. Contact your provider with any concerns, and call 911 in an emergency.

Is Lttl a substitute for my primary care provider?

No. Lttl supports weight management care but does not replace your primary care provider or in-person medical evaluation. We encourage you to keep your primary care provider informed about treatments you receive.

Pricing & Insurance

How much does it cost?

Pricing is transparent and shown before checkout. See our Insurance & Pricing page for details on what's included.

Do you accept insurance?

Lttl does not bill insurance. Compounded GLP-1 medications are typically not covered by insurance. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds — check with your plan administrator for eligibility.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your account or by emailing hello@lttl.com. Orders already processed by the pharmacy cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after a prescription is issued and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How should I store my medication?

Compounded GLP-1 medications are temperature-sensitive. Refrigerate promptly upon arrival and follow the storage instructions included with your shipment. Do not use medication that arrives damaged or compromised — contact us immediately.

Can I return my medication?

For patient safety and in accordance with pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
